Multigrain & Soya Loaf:  Just like our exciting 12 grain loaf, this wholesome multigrain loaf contains a variety of grains which are high in fibre, which is great for the digestive system. However, the soya and barley components in this loaf give that extra bit of smooth, subtly sweet taste to the product, making it not only nutritious but tasty!


Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Cracked Spring Wheat, Corn, Rice, Rolled Oats, Sesame Seeds, Millet Seeds, Flax Seeds, Barley, Sunflower Seeds, Soya, Sugar, Vegetable Shortening, Salt, Yeast, Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Emulsifiers.

Barley contains soluble fiber which slows starch digestion, and this may help diabetics avoid steep rises in blood sugar levels following meals. Beta-glucan, a sugar derived from Barley, helps to reduce blood cholesterol.

Corn bran is a heart protector. One study at Illinois State University shows that it reduced cholesterol and blood triglycerides, blood fats that contribute to heart disease.

Sesame seeds are the kings of seeds. They have the most minerals and significant quantities of thiamin, folate, riboflavine, niacine, calcium (Particularly high), copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc.
