  • 4 slice(s) Wonder® Bread for Life – Multigrain & Soya Loaf OR First Choice Loaf
  • 0.25 cup(s) shredded low fat cheese
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 4 thin slices low sodium ham (about 3 ounces per 2 persons served)
  • 2 thin slices fresh pineapple or drained canned pineapple slices in juice
  • 2 red onion slice
  • 0.5 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard

Cuban Ham Sandwiches Directions

    1. Toast the bread slices.
    2. Top each hot bread slice with 1 tablespoon cheese.
    3. Divide the lettuce, ham, pineapple and onion between 2 bread slices.
    4. Top each with 1/4 teaspoon mustard and the remaining bread slices.
