This mouthwatering sandwich is a healthy lunch option any day of the week! If you don't have a sandwich / panini press, simply grill this sandwich on medium-high heat until the cheese has melted.

  • 0.5 avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • 15 mL olive oil
  • 4 slice(s) tomato
  • 15 mL ml Dijon Mustard
  • 3 slice(s) FARMER'S CHOICE Sliced Turkey Breast Roast
  • 2 slice(s) Wonder® Bread for Life – 12 Grain Loaf
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Grilled West Coast Sandwich Directions

    1. Brush olive oil on one side of both bread slices and turn over.
    2. Spread mustard on bread slices and build sandwich, beginning with mozzarella, avocado, tomato, and turkey.
    3. Add salt and pepper sparingly to taste and top with remaining bread slices, olive oil side up.
    4. Heat sandwich grill to medium, and cook sandwich 3 to 4 minutes, or until bread has grill marks and cheese is melted. No sandwich grill? Just grill the sandwich in a pan on medium-high heat until the cheese melts.
